General Terms and Conditions GTC

  • Prices
    All prices listed are subject to amendment. Terms are ex works Switzerland, unpacked, postage unpaid.
  • Delivery
    Most items are in stock and will be shipped immediately. Should an item not be in stock delivery may take between 5-14 working days. If an item has to be ordered from the producers/importer, delivery may take up to several weeks. All items are colour-coded once put in your shopping cart. Should an item no longer be available and cannot be reordered, the customer will be notified accordingly and any payment already effected will be refunded. Items listed in the \"Coming Soon\" section show the month when they are likely to become available. However, this is an indication only and may change at any time. Deliveries outside Switzerland will only be made against prepayment (credit cards) The charge will be made in Euro.
  • Full / Partial shipment
    Should one or more articles not be available at the time of ordering, the customer may choose to wait until the whole order can be shipped or to request partial shipments. For ?Full Shipments? only the basic postage fees apply (or will be waived when reaching a defined minimum amount, for partial shipments the additional shipping costs per item will be added.
  • Method of shipping
    All items will be shipped by Priority mail discreetly packed in neutral envelopes/boxes. Orders from outside Switzerland will be sent by letter post (DVDs without sleeves) to avoid parcel post.
  • Pagamento / Banche
    Delivery only against full prepayment (credit card or bank transfer). Credit card charges will appear on your statement as \"IKARUS Entertainment\".   • Design / Changes
    Any changes in design and/or packaging, error with description on content, pictures and prices, are reserved.
  • Property reservation
    All shipped items remain the property of www.gay-center.ch until full payment has been received.
  • Conflict with general term of third parties
    Should the general terms of third parties be in conflict to those of www.gay-center.ch, only those of www.gay-center.ch will apply.
  • Warranty
    Warranty is granted to all items delivered by www.gay-center.ch as follows: A faulty DVD will be replaced by the same title without charge provided the damage will be described in writing (e-mail) by the buyer within 3 days after receipt of the item.
    www.gay-center.ch then decides whether the faulty item should be returned before a replacement will be shipped.
    No warranty for damages caused by faulty treatment, storage, opening of the cartages, forced manipulation, defect player device
    Should the importation or possession of items ordered be illegal in the country of destination and such items will be retained by customs or other authorities, no right of replacment nor refund can be granted.
  • Return of items
    In case a wrong title has been shipped it will be exchanged against the correct title provided the original item is in good condition and shows no signs of use or damage. In the latter case no exchange nor refund can be made. www.gay-center.ch relies on the information received from the producers (indications on the original box covers). If this information does not match the actual content of the DVD no right to exchange the DVD will be granted.
  • Confirmation
    Before an order can be finalized the client must accept the General Terms and Conditions of www.gay-center.ch . By submitting his order the client accepts those terms and confirms that he/she is over 18 years of age and in full capacity to conclude contracts. Please print a copy of your invoice once having submitted your order since no invoice/delivery note will be enclosed in the shipment.
  • Legal venue
    All contracts concluded with www.gay-center.ch / IKARUS Entertainment AG are subject to Swiss law. Legal venue is Liestal/BL.
